Pharmaceutical business marketing management simulation SimBrand Pharma successfully run for Astellas Pharma

Pharmaceutical business marketing management simulation SimBrand Pharma was performed for the marketing force of Astellas Pharma on 03-04 of April, 2015. Simulation was facilitated by certified  experts Maxim Chernyshov of STI, Russia & Miloš Bogdanović of Cesim Oy, Finland.

In the course of just two days the participants have acquired a 10-year marketing management experience in the conditions of righly competitive market - 11 teams in control of their individual virtual companies launched new products in the markets of Russia and CIS countries and strived to achieve the highest performance results. 

The optimal strategy of segmentation and positioning, pricing and cost management chosen and implemented by the winning team has translated into the 9-time increase of the company's material asset value! We commend the winners and all the participants with the acquired knowledge, skills and experience!
